Snap Fitness is a global fitness franchise with 1,000+ clubs across the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. Its promise of fast, accessible workouts requires a website experience that makes it easy for members and prospects to join, engage, and find value.

As the digital entry point for prospective members, franchisees, and personal training clients, the Snap Fitness website needs to perform across multiple user types and devices.

The Challenge

Snap Fitness Global HQ engaged LT Agency to design a new set of website wireframes in Figma, then test those wireframes before launch. The goal was to validate design decisions early and remove friction from critical user journeys.

Key objectives were to:

  • Benchmark usability across desktop and mobile.

  • Identify navigation and content gaps.

  • Validate sign-up and membership flows in a pre-release environment.

Our Approach

LT Agency created the new wireframes in Figma and then ran unmoderated usability testing with Loop11’s AI-powered insights. Two projects were conducted:

  • Desktop Testing: Focused on how users interact with wireframes in a large-screen environment.

  • Mobile Testing: Validated navigation, menus, and form usability at smaller screen sizes.

We tested seven core user journeys, including: finding a gym, pricing visibility, personal trainer information, franchise ownership, booking a trial, promo codes, and contacting a club.

The Outcome

Without disclosing sensitive findings, the testing highlighted:

  • Navigation: Need for clearer, more consistent menus.

  • Membership Information: Pricing and membership details required stronger visibility.

  • Conversion Flows: Trial sign-up and promo code journeys had unnecessary friction.

  • Mobile Experience: Navigation inconsistencies and broken flows impacted completion rates.

  • Content Depth: Users expected richer trainer profiles and ownership details.

The project validated LT Agency’s wireframes and provided a roadmap for refinement before development. The research created confidence for Snap Fitness HQ that their global site would better support both franchisees and members.
