Avanti Health Centre is an exclusive gym for over 50s, focusing on increasing the longevity and well-being of the older population through their dedicated gym and health facility. What’s unique about Avanti Health Centre is that each member has an initial assessment with an exercise professional who works with them to develop a personalised plan.

Every member receives an Avanti band when they join which has their program pre-loaded, helping them stay on track. They have specialised staff, great equipment and group classes as part of their gym facilities and specialised clinical services for NDIS participants and diabetic patients as well.

Launching in a new market

With 4 opened locations in Queensland and Victoria, Avanti looked to expand to northern Queensland with a new centre in Mackay. Our role was to support the launch of Avanti Health Centre in Mackay, highlighting their unique point of difference and assisting in generating membership sales. Utilising our extensive local area marketing experience, our team developed a strategic launch plan. This began with target market research and creative asset planning. To support the launch, the campaign was broken down into different stages in the three month period with awareness and tiered membership releases, keeping the digital campaigns fresh.

500 Member Growth in 6 Months

Working collaboratively with Avanti Health Centre’s marketing team who implemented a local out-of-home and radio campaign, the campaigns were consistently localised with the snippets from offline channels utilised across paid advertising to create synergy. 800+ leads were generated during the presale campaign, generating 400,000+ ad impressions over a 3-month period. 6 Months post-opening, Avanti Mackay celebrated their 500-member mark in November 2024.
