Overview
LT Agency recently completed the design and redevelopment of both Avanti Health and Avanti Gyms websites.
Avanti Health delivers allied health, NDIS, and in-home services, while Avanti Gyms provides fitness centres designed exclusively for people aged 50 and over. Together, they create a connected online experience that blends clinical care with active wellbeing.
After launch, LT set out to evaluate how the new designs were performing and to establish usability benchmarks that could be measured again in future.

The Challenge
LT Agency recently completed the design and redevelopment of both Avanti websites. Following launch, we wanted to understand how the new digital experiences were performing in the real world.
The goal was to understand how real users interacted with the new websites and validate the performance of the design work. LT wanted to confirm that users could easily:
Find services and locations
Understand the relationship between Avanti Health and Gyms
Navigate without friction
Access key content such as pricing and program details
Our Approach
Two unmoderated usability studies were conducted — one for each site — using real participants performing realistic user tasks.
Each participant was asked to:
Find a nearby location
Check service availability and NDIS support
Learn about bone-health and fitness programs
Explore pricing and contact options
The studies generated task completion metrics, navigation heatmaps, and sentiment data. The results gave LT a clear view of what was working well and where users experienced minor hesitation or uncertainty.
The Outcome
Both websites performed strongly, confirming that the new design direction was intuitive and user-friendly.
Users praised the clarity of the layouts, the visual tone, and the professionalism of the content. Minor refinements were identified around navigation hierarchy, clarity of pricing information, and sequencing of calls-to-action.
The research validated LT’s design decisions and established baseline benchmarks that will guide future UX measurement and optimisation.

The study gave LT Agency a clear, data-driven view of how users experience the Avanti brand online.
