Having a strong brand presence nationally and a great local presence in the community, LT Agency’s role was to help deliver consistent growth for Anytime Fitness Bankstown. Despite a loyal membership base, evolving consumer habits and the emergence of new competitors, required the need for a refreshed, targeted digital marketing strategy to convert prospects to members.
Working collaboratively with the owners and dedicated management team, LT Agency analysed previous marketing trends to identify a strategic direction for 2025, mapping out a custom marketing plan, from the National Marketing calendar -based on local consumer behavior, trends and sales conversion feedback from the management.
The Meta strategy focused on brand led content, strong employee generated content to build trust and authenticity and on the ground content including classes, gym fit out and often fun reels to showcase the offer. Our local area Google advertising supported the Meta Strategy, adding to the club's lead funnel at a low cost, through a combination of Search and Performance Max Campaigns.
Leveraging off a bespoke data driven strategy and using a segmented creative targeting approach, 630+ leads were generated over a duration of less than 5 months, while keeping the average cost per lead at an all time low.
Our end-to-end marketing efforts assisted in maintaining the club’s local brand presence as the market leader and the obvious choice when it comes to a fitness solution in Bankstown.
